Unless you’ve been living under rock, you’ve probably heard that TS12 is among us. Taylor Swift announced her new album, The Life of a Showgirl, on Travis and Jason Kelce's podcast, New Heights, yesterday. Jason, the internet, and myself are all on the edge of our seat waiting for the official release date.
As this new era begins, we're going to show you how to incorporate 'Showgirl Orange' of The Life of a Showgirl era into your wedding color palette. It's going to be the new color of the season.

'Showgirl Orange' (as I'm calling it) is bold yet sophisticated, radiating warmth, confidence, and a little bit of star-power glamour. It's most similar PANTONE 717 C which is described as vibrantly balanced without being overwhelming. Orange is typically associated with vitality and excitement but this shade gives off a sense of open-mindedness, imagination, and friendliness. It sounds like the TS12 era is going to be a good one.
But let's get to it. Here are four ways I would incorporate this new era color into your wedding color palette.
Invitations and Stationery
Pantone 717 C can be perfectly duplicated into your wedding day invitations and stationery. I would use it as an accent color along with a very light peach or cream color. Personally, I would have an orange envelope, main invitation, and RSVP envelope. I would steer clear of using this color for text unless it is a very large, bold typeface as it may be difficult to read in small, script-like text.

Table Linens
I strongly believe that upgraded table linens are essential to a cohesive and elevated wedding design. Here are three table linens that perfectly match Pantone 717 C or 'Showgirl Orange.'

Bridesmaids Dresses
A very bold way to use this color is to have your bridesmaids wear this color. I caution you to make sure each one of your bridesmaids tries this color on to make sure that it suits everyone's skin tone as it is such a striking color. These orange Vera Wang bridesmaids dresses would be perfect though.
Floral Design
The easiest way to incorporate The Life of a Showgirl era orange is to use it in the floral design. Several flowers radiate this vibrant orange and can be used a small pops of color or used more heavily to create a bolder look.

Final Thoughts
Taylor Swift’s Life of a Showgirl era 'Showgirl Orange' is more than just a pop-culture moment, it’s a mood. Warm, inviting, and full of personality, it’s the perfect inspiration for couples who want their wedding flowers to feel vibrant yet curated. Whether you go all-in with bold, orange-forward arrangements or use the color as a striking accent, this color brings star-worthy energy to your big day.
