The Couple’s Concierge™ is offered as a luxury enhancement to your wedding day experience. The service is priced at $2,000 for full-day coverage, reflecting the high level of care, discretion, and presence required to support a couple exclusively throughout one of the most significant days of their lives.
Coverage begins during morning prep and continues through your formal exit. Your concierge is on-site, hands-on, and available for any personal needs, transitions, or last-minute requests that arise during the day. This fee includes travel within 50 miles of the Tampa Bay area. Additional travel and overnight accommodations can be arranged for destination weddings or multi-day events.
We take great care in assigning the right team member for this role—someone intuitive, experienced, and unshakably composed. Because when everything else is in motion, your comfort should never waver.

Their responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):

Personal Attire Assistance
Steaming dresses, pinning boutonnieres, bustling gowns, tying bowties, and handling wardrobe adjustments throughout the day.

Last-minute champagne run, forgotten vow books, safety pins, snacks - whatever is needed, they’ll handle it discreetly.

Getting Ready Support
Coordinating breakfast or lunch delivery, calming nerves, making sure the vibes are high.

Ceremony Presence
Holding your phone, tissues, lip gloss, or anything else you shouldn’t have to worry about. Quietly available but never in the way.

Ensuring you’re photo-ready, helping with outfit changes, shielding you from guests when you need a moment to breathe.

The Stella Package services begin no sooner than 18 months from your wedding date and includes all planning, coordination, and support services such as:

We can’t begin bringing your vision to life until you take the first step - filling out our inquiry form. This allows us to get a sense of your celebration, priorities, and planning needs. Once submitted, you’ll be able to schedule a complimentary consultation call where we’ll dive into your vision, walk through our process, and ensure we’re the right fit for each other.
