Wedding Day Coordination starts at $3,000, with customized proposals based on the scope and complexity of your event. This base cost includes one lead planner, one assistant, and one Couple's Concierge on your wedding day.

Whether it’s steaming attire, perfecting a pocket square, securing an emergency bottle of champagne, or simply holding your phone during the ceremony, your concierge handles it.

They do not assist with setup, décor, or vendor logistics because their focus is you and only you. A Couple’s Concierge is not a nice-to-have. It’s the difference between feeling cared for and forgetting there was ever anything to worry about.

Inquiry & Consultation
We can’t begin bringing your vision to life until you take the first step - filling out our inquiry form. This allows us to get a sense of your celebration, priorities, and planning needs. Once submitted, you’ll be able to schedule a complimentary consultation call where we’ll dive into your vision, walk through our process, and ensure we’re the right fit for each other.
From there, if it feels like a match, we’ll move forward with a custom proposal and next steps.
