On-Retainer Event Services
For companies with ongoing event needs, our retainer option offers continuous support throughout the year. As your dedicated event partner, we’ll step in whenever needed to manage events of all types and sizes — acting as an extension of your team for seamless planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution. Our retainer service begins with a 60-day introductory period to ensure we’re the right fit. After that, we move into a 12-month commitment, providing consistent, strategic support across your annual event calendar.

Our Corporate Event Services begin no sooner than 18 months from your event date and includes all planning, coordination, and support services such as:

The exclusive Stella Package is designed for those who want to hand over the reins and trust the experts. After an initial planning meeting, our team takes it from there - managing every aspect of design, planning, and coordination. With the Stella Package, all you have to do is show up and enjoy, while we handle the rest. It’s the ultimate stress-free planning experience.
